“Virginia” is the second music video off of The Damn Choir’s unreleased forthcoming record “You’re My Secret Called Fire.”  This one is a keeper.

We are happy to add a new band to our family, Jonas Friddle.  Surrounding the banjo with cello, horns and drums, Jonas brings the power of a small orchestra to the classic melodies of the folk tradition.  Much like Chicago's alt-country king Robbie Fulks, Friddle is an anti-scenester whose scene you totally want a piece of.

We are back for our 3rd month at Uncommon Ground on Clark for “Wine From The Moon presents Strip Down at Uncommon Ground.”  It takes place every Tuesday night in October, and this month is hosted by Briar Rabbit.  Facebook event here for more details

On October 15th at Ultra Lounge, Wine From The Moon is throwing a CMJ Send Off Party with The Sound Scene, Audio Tree, CHIRP Radio, HEAVEmedia, Windy City Rock, Old Style, Olmeca Tequila, and MP Shows.  Playing that night are Paper Thick Walls, The Damn Choir, Kellen & Me, and Radiation City!
